At this Saginaw Area Rescue Mission building, we undertook a comprehensive renovation project to enhance both the flooring and interior walls. We began by diamond grinding the existing floors to create a smooth, clean surface, which is crucial for the proper adhesion of the new epoxy/urethane flooring system. This high-performance flooring was then installed to provide a durable, long-lasting surface that can withstand heavy use and is easy to maintain.

In addition to the flooring work, we addressed the building’s overhead structures and walls. We carefully covered and prepared these areas before applying a fresh coat of white paint. This process not only brightened the space but also created a clean, cohesive look that enhances the overall environment, making it more welcoming and functional for all who use it.
